Hi all, last week I started seeing bouts of depression and apathy. It is most likely the irregular working hours at the company. A month ago our company was taken over by a bigger company and our department was transferred to another job. It's very unaccustomed to me, but that's not the worst part. The scary thing is that the management is not democratic, I mean you work as an assembly line with a 24/7 work schedule. If you have trade unions, it's time to contact them. If nothing changes, I advise you to change your job.
